Navigating Change describes a practice I have followed for many years in my professional and consulting career. With the many changes that have happened in 2020, I decided to bring this talk back and update it to help people understand that it is ok to struggle with change. By understanding that we all struggle to some degree with change, we have a way to talk about it and navigate it together.
